How notice works when I resign
Whether it is a job change or simply not wanting to keep the current job, when the employee decides to resign, it is always necessary to send an advance notice to the employer.
This notice assumes information that you will cease your duties in the company, as well as the date of termination thereof.
Think and Repent
Before making any decision, consider it very well! Think and rethink all the reasons that lead you to resign, the consequences this will bring you, and the positive and negative aspects of that decision.
And then, after thoroughly reviewing the whole situation, make your decision!
After making the decision and before formalizing your resignation, for the sake of respect and consideration, you should advise your superior so that he is not surprised by the formal notice.
Try to explain the reasons for your departure and justify it as much as you think you should. Think about where you want your superior to know and how you will approach the subject.
Do not forget that it is very important to always leave a job with a good image, without being able to point the finger for some reason, because we never know tomorrow. Be prepared for any reaction and always keep the warmth, respect, and professionalism.

If you send by mail, always ask for an acknowledgment of receipt to be sure that the company has received your letter.
